Hi, I’m Lina — the creator of Flex to Fly!
I started my flexibility journey from zero. No gymnastics, no dance background, and no athletic past. Just curiosity, tight hamstrings, and a deep desire to feel more at home in my body. When I began pole dancing nearly five years ago, I had already spent two years trying to become more flexible — often confused, frustrated, and overwhelmed by conflicting information.
Flex to Fly is the resource I wish I had when I started.
It’s designed for anyone who wants to improve their mobility and flexibility — whether you’re a pole dancer, a complete beginner, or someone who simply wants to move more freely. This site is especially for those who feel like they “should have started earlier.” I’ve been there, and I know how hard it can be to begin when it feels like everyone else is miles ahead.
